Sara + Dan | Peabody Essex Museum Wedding, Salem

The Peabody Essex is a dream venue. Mix in a wedding, Sara and Dan and you have a truly one-of-a-kind day.  I began by meeting up with Sara and Dan at the Hawthorne Hotel and we decided to have their first look just outside on the Salem Common. A first look is always a moment I always feel so honored to watch happen, but on this day it was really touching to see the emotion between Sara and Dan. From there we moved to the Peabody Essex where their ceremony was held in East India Marine Hall.  The room has a really special feel--- floor to ceiling windows,  a soft color palette and ship figureheads overlook the festivities. Cocktails where held downstairs and then it was onto the Atrium for reception. Sara, Dan and I snuck in a few snaps just before the reception inside the museum Atrium. I could have shot them forever there were so many interesting angles and spaces! Sara's Dad gave a special speech and I loved the way he was able articulate his love and how much this day meant to him. Capping off the day was DJ EZ doing an incredible job with the tunes, an awesome hora and a final circle surrounding the couple of the day. Sara and Dan, it was a pleasure to work with you and I send you so many best wishes!
