Jess and Jason | Chatham Bars Inn, Cape Cod

I’m really excited to post Jess and Jason’s wedding at The Chatham Bars Inn in Chatham, MA. I started the day photographing Jess and a few of her bridesmaids at their lovely suite at the inn.  Jess, a girl of my own heart, left picking her exact pair of shoes until the day of the wedding. When there are so many good options (a solid 3), it was impossible to pick! In the end, Jess decided to go with wedding white. With a few final touch ups, the ladies were off to a service Holy Trinity Church in West Harwich.

After the service, the families and bridal party moved to the beach for photos. Yes, you read that right– we did all of the family and formal photos on the beach! I was completely impressed with the hearty, New England spirit of this bunch. Once we were finished, all dashed up the hill to warm up with cocktails and snacks. Guests then moved into the dining room for the reception, where we all (myself included) couldn’t help but laugh along with best men speeches, admire the details that Jason and Jess crafted and dance to the tunes from the Cape Cod Slackers. I feel so lucky to have been introduced to Jess and Jason and was honored to be capturing these important moments!
