Edible Boston | Appleton Farm, Ipswitch

The latest issue of Edible Boston is out and I had the good fortune to shoot 2 pieces– hooray! In mid-January I drove out to Ipswitch to photograph Appleton Farm. Funny enough, when I pulled into the farm driveway I realized that I had been there before photographing the beautiful fields. The farm is dedicated to running and operating a CSA and also a impressive cheese making operation. With their cows ranking as the healthiest stock in Massachusetts and rows and rows of cheese, I was in heaven.
