Hilary + David | Lang Farm Barn, Essex Junction, Vermont

The other weekend I escaped to Vermont to photograph Hilary and David’s wedding. Their fall inspired nuptials, taking place at the Barn at Lang Farm in Essex Junction, was a beautiful start to their next chapter together. I was excited to work with Jenna from Piper Designs, an absolute professional in her craft and Fluid, the Vermont based bar/cocktail service company. Having worked with these vendors before, I knew Hilary and David were in good hands!

Hilary and David decided to begin the day with a first look. While I was shooting I couldn’t hold back my tears—these two have such a spark! After some photos around the property taking full advantage of the orange leaves, we moved onto the family photos. I really appreciate how Hilary and David have such a love for their families and gave me the time and opportunity to get a lot of group shots. Once we were finished, it was onto their kebutah signing, ceremony and finally the reception. With lots of emotion and humor from Hilary and David it was so much fun for me to capture these two!
